The rotation principle of wind driven turbo ventilators
※The sphere could work through hot air rise inside and hot air discharge from the chink of twenty-four blades.

※The power come from the air discharge from inside to outside and the   temperature range and pressure difference between inside and outside.

※Breeze could bring air pressure to drive the sphere. Therefore, ventilators run without consuming electricity.

● Rainproof: when the sphere runs, it removes rain. Because of centrifugal force from the sphere running. And the rainproof arcs of outside blades increase more effect.

How to install the wind Turbine vent:
1. Lift the turbine base and apply a coating of roofing cement to the underside of the turbine base flashing. Maintaining the vertical orientation of the turbine stack, slide the upper half of the flashing under the rolled back shingles above the hole and rest the lower half of the flashing on top of the shingles below the hole.

2. Nail the flashing in place with roofing nails around the perimeter of the flashing, about one inch from the edge. Coat the exposed nail heads with silicone caulk.

Measure 5 1/2 inches from the upper edge of the hole and make a mark on the shingles. Measure 5 1/2 inches from the left and right edge of the hole and make a mark on the shingles. Remove any shingle nails in the area between the marks. 2. Lift the shingles and fold them back to the 5 1/2 inch marks to the left and the right of the hole and the mark 5 1/2 inches from the upper edge of the hole. 3. Place the turbine base in position over the hole. Loosen the clamp screw and rotate the turbine stack until it is vertical in relation to the pitch of the roof. Retighten the clamp screw.

Secure it with three sheet metal screws inserted through the mounting holes equally spaced around the turbine base ring. Coat the screw heads with silicone caulk. 2. Seal the exposed edges of the flashing, the joint between the turbine unit and the turbine stack, and the vertical seam in the stack sections with silicone caulk.
